Hong, Purume

Works as a professor at the Department of Fine Arts, Kosin University in Busan.

Studied Korean Paintings for first degree at Chungnam National University and Chinese Paintings for higher degree at Normal University of Taiwan.

Back to Korea, was selected 5 times and won 2 times the special selection prize and at the Korean National Art Festival, won the grand prize at Korean Landscape Painting Festival and also the Gyom-Jae Art Prize.

Has worked and joined to Korean Association for Fine Arts and Dongbang Art Society.

Remaining her subject to the theme 〈Healing in Daily Life〉 for more than 10 years, held 16 times of solo and invited exhibition in Seoul, Busan, Taipei, New York and the other countries.

Attended to 200 exhibitions in Korea and the other countries including international art fairs in Venezuela, France and Korea.
